How To Book
Please contact Yvonne or Zach, to confirm availability, and ask any further questions you may have. This can be done by calling us on 01691 860569, or by using the contact link. Once availability is confirmed, you can download a copy of our booking form and after completing all relevant parts, either post, fax or e-mail it to ourselves.

Our postal address is:- The Celtic Camper Company Ltd., Ty Hywel, Llangynog, Oswestry, Powys, SY10 0EP. We will then contact you to confirm the total cost of your hire. This will be the hire charge, plus any additional costs due to an extra driver or driving history or any extra equipment (please see the extras page).

There is a non-refundable booking deposit of £150, receipt of which confirms the dates of your booking. We can take payment by phone (with a credit or debit card) or by cheque. The balance for your booking is due 21 days before the hire period commences.

A £500 security deposit is held during the hire period and is refundable on the safe return of the vehicle and its contents. This is payable by credit or debit card, or cash.

Children sized cutlery.

Periods of Hire
You can hire one of our campervans over the following periods:
Weekend shortbreak: Friday 14.30 to Monday 10.00 am – Not available high season
Midweek shortbreak: Monday 14.30 to Friday 10.00 am – Not available high season.
Week: Saturday 14.30 to Saturday 10.00 am

Car Storage
You can park your car at our premises at no extra cost. Your car will be parked at your responsibility.

Age
You can hire one of our vans if you are aged between 25 and 70 years old. You must have held a full driving licence for over a year before the hire period commences.

Pets
Pets are welcome with prior consent, there will however, be an extra charge of £20 per pet, per hire.

Extent of hire
We ask that if you are renting one of our vans you remain within Wales and the surrounding area,(further areas by agreement).

In the event of breakdown
For your peace of mind, we have AA Breakdown cover for all the vans.
